Cesar M. Romero

Cesar M. Romero, Director of Construction Administration, has worked in the profession for four decades. He studied at the Institute of Design & Construction, The City College of NY (School of Architecture & Urban Design) and at Columbia University. With his extensive experience as a project coordinator and detailer, Cesar winds up involved with most GA projects.
